“I tried everything for my dry skin. Nothing worked — until I went back to what my family had always used.”
Tanuh started with me and a bathroom shelf full of products that promised everything and delivered tightness, irritation, or nothing at all. I had tried the routines, the actives, the expensive jars — and my dry skin only got more confused.
So I went back to the recipes my family had trusted for generations: traditional Ayurvedic formulas, passed down and made by hand. I rebuilt them with modern cosmetic science — proper textures, real preservation, honest ingredient lists — into something my skin recognized immediately. What started as skincare for myself became Tanuh.
I still make everything the same way: by hand, in small batches, by someone who uses it too.

Tanuh means “body” in Sanskrit — a word that runs through Hindu, Vedic, and yogic texts. Because skincare, at its most honest, is care for the body you live in.
Our full line is registered with Health Canada under the Cosmetic Notification process and made under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
