I tried everything for my dry skin. The expensive creams, the ten-step routines, the products that promised everything — hundreds of them over the years. My skin didn't just stay dry; it got more sensitive, more reactive, worse. That was my wake-up call: stop believing the labels, and start with what my skin actually needed.
So I went back to what I grew up with — knowledge passed down in my family for generations, and the Ayurvedic ingredients behind it. I made my first products for myself, by hand, in my kitchen. Within weeks, my skin started to feel normal again. And honestly, that was all I ever wanted: not perfect skin, just my skin, back.
I shared jars with friends and family. It worked for them too — and they kept asking for more. That's how Tanuh happened: not a business plan, but a recipe that wouldn't stay private.
It still works that way. I formulate every product myself, pair the traditional ingredients with modern cosmetic science — proper preservation, honest ingredient lists — and I've never swapped out an ingredient to make a jar cheaper to produce. I know exactly what goes onto my skin, and that's exactly what I put into yours.

Tanuh means “body” in Sanskrit — a word that runs through Hindu, Vedic, and yogic texts. Because skincare, at its most honest, is care for the body you live in.
Cosmetic Notification Forms are filed with Health Canada for every product we sell. Every batch is made by hand in a dedicated studio and logged for traceability.
